Oviedo, Florida -- December 4, 2001 – The second maintenance release for Portraits & Prints™, the personal photo studio for Mac® OS X, is now available. This version adds enhancements to better support the features offered in Portraits & Prints Template Maker™ as well as fixing a few bugs.
The 1.0.2 update includes the following features and fixes.
- Support for extended text object attributes such as color, opacity and type style.
- Support for user editable text on templates that offer this feature.
- More accurate on-screen, scaled display of template objects.
- Complete rendering of template thumbnails in the template selector sheet.
- Empty photo cells are now drawn with a gray fill.
- Fixed a bug that sometimes resulted in distorted thumbnails in the catalog drawer.
- License information is now stored in the user's domain, eliminating the need to reregister the program after each update.
- Fixed the "big black blob" bug in some printouts.
- Improved on-line help system.
Note: This version is required to fully take advantage of templates created by Portraits & Prints Template Maker, which is being released in conjunction with this update.
