Version 2.0.1 - Jaguar User Release
April 22nd, 2004
Features:
- Added CACHE-CONTROL and EXPIRES meta tags to all web page templates in an effort to prevent browser caching.
- The FTP deliverer's "use EPSV" state is now saved/restored with bookmarks.
- Reversed the order in which gallery page images refresh.
- Changed the default codec for QuickTime movie composition to "Sorenson Video 3".
- You can now specify capture intervals as small as 0.01 second (release notes on DMG discuss performance issues related to this).
- When entering an active period, the interval timer controlling periodic uploads is now reset, thus synchronizing it with the start of the active period.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a problem with the gallery web page templates where the initial reload counter interval of the second page was always set to 60 seconds.
- Fixed a crash that could occur sometime after closing a document if the Web Page panel of a document was visited by the user and the META REFRESH object enabled.
- Fixed a crash that could occur if the "Reset video" interval preference was turned on and a user was editing video digitizer settings when the reset interval timer fired.
- Fixed a problem where the temporary file name used to upload files to FTP servers was not unique. This would cause problems if another ImageCaster document was uploading to the same directory.
- Errors that may arise as a result of issuing the CHMOD command to an FTP server that does not support it are now ignored (this would get reported to the user as a "Quote Command Error").
- Fixed a bug where the background color of text objects (which includes Time & Date objects) would not be drawn correctly for opacity settings other than 100%.
- The SFTP deliverer better handles situations where the login password is incorrect.
- Fixed a bug where the SFTP deliverer would report an erroneous message if it failed to login to a server.
- Removed an errant sequence grabber call that had an adverse effect on the performance of image grabs from IIDC driven cameras.
- Fixed a crash that could occur if opening a saved document with the "Format" panel active and immediately changing the file composer before doing anything else.
